I wasn’t sure what to expect but picked this up to use. I decided to try it after I spent a day on my feet training people for work and I didn’t have the most comfortable shoes on. My feet we tired and sore. I was excited to try it but was a little worried because I wasn’t sure if it would stain my tub so I opted to use a trash can lined with a plastic bag. I filled with with hot water and started steeping the bag. The foot bath was incredibly soothing and the fatigue I felt in my feet was noticeably better. I did end up dumping this in the tub when I was done and I’m not sure I should have been concerned about the staining as it was kind of like a tea and didn’t appear to stain anything. I’m really happy with how this worked.

This has a lot of bags. It said you only need to use one bag and do it monthly, not necessary to do it more often. You make your hot water and put the bag in it and let it sit 15 minutes before you add your feet. it relieves pressure, stress and makes yoru feet feel better. it has a lot of natural herbs inside the bad. You should soak them closer to bed when you play to sit down and relax so you aren’t on your feet after they have been pampered so they have time to properly take in all the herbs. You keep your feet in the soak for 20 to 30 minutes. It works wonders.
