I love this!!! I’m not quite sure about how to set it, but it seems to work. The mung bean sprouts are deliciously long, plump, and crunchingly sweet!! I highly recommend it! The sprouts are almost 6” long and so tender, much, much better that the other kinds of sprout growers.
