Being a United States Marine combat veteran, I’ve struggled with chronic lower back pain from an injury due to an IED in Afghanistan. For years I’ve tried numerous products, therapy and medication. All I can say about this back stretcher is Ahhhhhhhhhhh….. Sweet relief! The muscles in the middle of my upper back (between my shoulder blades) basically just stays tight and tense. It has always been pretty much impossible for me to stretch that spot out. This handy little stretcher has gotten the job done. Yes!! I have heard my back happily cracking almost every time I use it. It has really helped keep my back and muscles more relaxed. I swear it is helping my posture as well! It starts as a subtle yet deep stretch and I am working my way up daily to the third setting. I try to do a few minutes each day and can feel such a difference! I am so happy to have found this handy little stretcher!
