Excellent fit with neoprene / velcro headband. Comfortable vand works as advertised. It’s though at first but after just an hour I was hitting it consistently with 4-6 lunch combos (all 1-2’s). Can’t wait to master this thing. Won’t make you a better fighter by no means , but it does add to your hand eye coordination.

No it won’t help you be a better boxer alone, but no one thing will. It adds to your hand eye coordination, which added with other training definitely does make you a better boxer
