This is great when your pants fit your hips really well but gap in the back. If you don’t want a buckle sticking out of your stomach area under sweaters and shirts, this adjustable elastic belt works like having the back waistband altered, except much cheaper! It hooks on the belt loops of your choice, rather than buckling in the front. Sturdy and well made.

my reason for this belt has nothing to do with it’s invention, I have to wear a urostomy pouch and need loose pants to accommodate it so this allows me to do that and keep my pants up

This belt is perfect for keeping the jeans from sagging lower and lower across the day.I have concern that with time that the belt may lose its stretchiness also.
