It’s not hard to use at all. I love the results that I got from using it. I won’t be going back to relaxers after finding this product. I’m 1 year post relaxer but this straighter is so bomb that you can’t tell the difference.

Excellent product for the value. Prompt delivery. Easy to follow instructions. Water is easy to install. Heats up to desired temperature quickly. Make sure you have or invest in a thermal glove. Product does not include one. Steam will burn you if you hold grips on the end. My hair is curly wavey…
