I was deciding between these and the more expensive (but less size variety) DI ORO Silicone Spatulas. So far, I’m very pleased with these – they are truly stain resistant (after using them on tomato and curry sauces) and when scraping out the food processor bowl, they got caught on the blade, but they didn’t nick like other silicone spatulas. The one-piece construction is a plus, as it is much easier to clean.
