I love it! This gadget is absolutely ingenious. At first I was bit skeptical about the depth of each slice according to the grooves (the product photo does not show them close up). The design, however, curves to suspend the fruit or vegetable well above where each groove ends–making for perfectly crisp and thorough slicing! I was especially impressed with the straightness of the slices and the stability these tongs offer. A simple trigger at the end of the tongs allows you to lock them in place for cutting and releasing them for their full width. Overall It’s impressive in it’s simplicity and extremely helpful in it’s thoughtful design. I will be using it in my kitchen often.
