Measures flour and sugar excellently!
Since they have different densities, a traditional measuring cup can be slightly off if you need to be truly accurate.
Now I measure a cup as 128 grams, instead of a measuring spoon. I was very surprised to see there could be a 5-10% difference in some ingredients!
