I have very high arches and have a bunion on one foot. I recently saw a podiatrist for my foot pain and he suggested I wear custom-made insoles with arch supports to avoid further problems. That really was not in my price range, so I started using the Dr. Scholl’s gel arch supports and they made a huge difference, completely eliminating my foot pain. Still, it was a bit expensive putting them in all shoes. These are much cheaper and are comparable to the Dr. Scholl’s.

So I can only speak for myself, I have very high arches so for the past 21 years I couldn’t wear heels… Thanks to these arch supports I can wear heels with no foot pain. I need to state that one pair might not be enough… What I did was I stuck 2 ontop each other then stuck them to the shoe with using just a few drops of super glue. I am buying even more. Would recommend 100% for those with arch pain.
