I used my Frywall10 for the first time tonight to fry sole filets. Worked like a charm. I was surprised by the amount of oil that accumulated on the Frywall. That’s grease that would have ordinarily gone unto the stove, counter and wall. It fit nicely in my 10.5-in All Clad saute pan which means it should also work in the All Clad saucepans since the lids are exactly the same. I washed it by hand and left it on the open dishwasher door to dry.

This Frywall is AweSome! I bought the medium. It fits both my 10” and 10.5” pans perfectly. It’s obviously too small for my 12” pan but I can still use it for sautéing. You wouldn’t want to actually fry something in a 12” pan in hot oil using the medium size. You’d deep fry the silicone. Probably not a good idea. In the smaller pans the Frywall sits a little off the bottom. It’s great. I also have an oversized lid I use inside the Frywall. See my picture. That lid measures 12 3/8”. You can see how far down it still is. It lets me heap more veggies into my small pan. I don’t really need the bigger pan anymore. I totally recommend this Frywall.
