Luhaka™ SpineGuard Posture Corrector Patch has the following product features:
How To Use:
- Clean and Dry Skin: Make sure the area where you intend to apply the patch (such as the upper back or shoulders) is clean and dry.
- Peel the Backing: Gently peel off the backing from the adhesive side of the patch, taking care not to touch the adhesive with your fingers.
- Position the Patch: Carefully place the patch on your skin, aligning it with the area you want to support or correct.
- Press and Secure: Press the patch onto your skin, ensuring it adheres securely. Smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles to maximize contact.
- Wear it Comfortably: As you go about your daily activities, wear the patch continuously for the recommended 8-hour duration. Ensure that it remains comfortable and doesn’t cause any irritation or discomfort.
- Maintain Proper Posture: While wearing the patch, focus on maintaining proper posture. The patch will provide tactile feedback when you start to slouch or deviate from the ideal posture. Use this feedback to adjust your position.
- Remove After 8 Hours: At the end of the 8-hour period, gently remove the patch from your skin.
- Rest and Repeat: Allow your skin to rest before applying a new patch if necessary, and continue with consistent usage over time for potential posture improvement.

After 4 weeks of consistent use, I found myself naturally adjusting my posture, even without the patches. My upper back feels less tense, and I’m more mindful of my alignment.
