* You’ll want to leave the strainer inside as it will make it easier to remove the sliced vegetables for easy cleaning and straining.

1. Clean your vegetable and peel it if you want.

2. Attach the small vegetable hat to your vegetable.

3. Attach the desired blade to your Mandoline, making sure to slide the blade correctly and securely. The blade will lock into place in the slot provided.

4. Cut, grate or slice your vegetable with a knife. Remove the strainer and clean the vegetables under running water.

*There is also an egg separator to separate egg whites and yolks.

Changing the blades on your mandoline is just as easy.

Slide the blade into the recessed slot provided in the top cover, making sure to click and lock it into place. Long, single, sturdy-looking blade for slicing cucumbers and the like.

The two-row blade is for julienne slices and the single-row blade is for the waffle effect, which is similar to a julienne slicer but has only one blade instead of two.
