What a great purchase this was. Only three parts and very very easy to clean. It’s a bit of a guessing game at first to figure out how long to steam certain foods but I suggest writing it down on a notepad everytime you find the perfect time so there’s no guessing involved moving forward. This thing steams beautifully. Frozen veggies and fresh veggies are steamed to perfection in no time at all. I am a huge fan of steaming as I don’t like to cook with oil too much. I personally only use this to steam veggies of all kinds so I can’t say much about steaming anything else.My only dislike about the steamer is the panels on the side that snap the top into place can be difficult to close sometimes but opening them is no problem. It’s a easy thing to look past though considering how easy this thing is to use. Definitely recommend!

This steamer is bigger than I expected. Which is a nice change since everything is cheap and small these days. It could easily steam veggies for a family of 4-6. I have no issues cleaning it after a batch of broccoli so for me it’s easy to clean. The lid doesn’t always click closed on all 4 sides but I’m thinking it might need to be on a certain way. It doesn’t effect my ability to remove or carry the container though. It’s hot after microwaving so just be careful when moving it.
