Our 9 year old son has been talking about drums for many months now, so we got him this set for Christmas. I’m SO glad I got this one- it sounds realistic, and not ‘fake’ at all! The best thing was that the seller was able to deliver it by December 24th, which NO OTHER retailer could do. And the competition was not as convincing in their reviews. Our son has loved jamming out when he can. He tries to replicate the pieces he hears on the set, and that’s helped him get a good feel for rhythm.
