Was really pleased with the ease of use and good result. Used to tenderize chicken breasts and allow marinade to penetrate better and it did a great job. Very sharp which is good for the job but makes it not very easy to clean.
Glad I have it but not sure why it is sold in a set of 2. One is certainly adequate for the average household kitchen.
