This is a great phone cooler! You might want to do a little bit more research on the Shark Arsenal app before installing. This app (at least for android) had to be installed from an unfamiliar website. While I am sure it is fine, I just thought I would include this information in my review. The quality is pretty good, I enjoy this paired with a mobile controller. While this maybe on the pricier side for a mobile cooler, the performance is there. In my short time of testing, I was able to get as low as 2° Celsius (without a phone attached). It can probably go colder, but I was just messing around with it.

I run a test with my ROG Phone
I left it running while playing a light load game for 30 minutes. I get 21C the entire duration then i removed it the temp went up to 30C in about 5 minutes.
However on heavy load games it only drops the temp to average 3 degree C.
It’s winter atm my room temperature is 67F/19.4C when I did the test.
