This was an impulse purchase as I had a sore neck and tension headache that seemed to go on for days and I remembered having used something similar at a friend’s house who is a massage therapist. I misinterpreted how it works from the picture- the balls do not roll, they’re a rubber material and you pinch/squeeze the back of your neck with them, which sounds painful but feels awesome. My husband keeps stealing this thing (apparently we’re a tense family) and I am also able to use it on my calves while lying down. One of my better impulse purchases.
