Awesome cup. Batteries are in the bottom so i dont put it in the dishwasher or submerge it. Just rinse it out with hot water and wipe it with a towel. I did leave coffee in it over night and went to rinse it but the little thing wouldn’t spin,so i spun it by hand and there was a little resistance but broke loose and still works perfectly. So something to try if you think its broken. Also the button is a little fidgety so you gotta press it in different places a few times
