I know these are for ice… however, I will be using them to mold shark fins for the top of some cupcakes for my nephew’s shark birthday party. So I will pour the melted chocolate into the “fin” section and just not fill up the circle part. Pop them in the freezer for about ten minutes…and push them out of the molds! I use these molds for that sort or thing all of the time.
