For children. They are pretty hard but as an adult with braces I think they gave me a cleaner brush than a regular toothbrush. I was concerned that I would break a brace but it ended up being perfect.

If you have a child with special needs these are a must have! They clean so well from all three sides so virtually no flossing is required.
