For sleeping, I prefer the other style with the empty eye space that is meant to go over your eyes. The band is too wide for me to get it positioned just right so the speakers are over my ears without also covering part of my eyes. This is much more geared towards using it for exercise in my opinion which I think would work excellently. Much more secured than blue tooth ear pods that can fall out and be lost. I haven’t tried it for that yet so can’t speak on how durable the electronics will be when sweat is mixed in but even if it only lasts a few months, these are so inexpensive that I wouldn’t have a problem buying another one if it does stop working. Good value and a great solution to Bluetooth headphones for exercise!
