Purchased the product and it came quickly. Set up was very easy and the product delivered. Picture was crisp and clear in the day time and the picture again was amazing in low light setting. Motion detector alerts me every time. The product works phenomenal especially considering the price paid for it. The real story though is the outstanding customer service given. I had an issue with the rechargeable battery that came with the unit. I emailed the provider and they responded immediately. They asked for me to try a couple things to help diagnose. I emailed them back several days later and again they responded to me immediately while they were on vacation. No questions asked they sent me a whole new unit and even paid extra for fast delivery. True customer service with a great product.
