These are really easy to use. They peel right off and stayed on my arm the whole night. I was jetlagged coming back from a business trip and the melatonin really helped put me to sleep. You do feel drowsy after putting on the patch so they should be used per the instructions (half an hour to 1 hour before bed). Overall, good to have these on hand for jetlag, plane rides, etc!
