This is just as easy as a cotton tip cleaner but more efficient. It’s definitely easier to have someone do it for you, using the light. Once it sucks out excess wax all you do is clean the tip. Remember- this is not meant to stick into ear any further that a cotton tip!!
Update: This stopped working on ear wax after a month or so. The suction lost power no matter what we do.

This product came on time and properly packaged. I am more than satisfied with it’s performance as I am sensitive and cautious. Cleaning the tool and maintenence are easy and for the price I would suggest it. So far so good.
