I have severe headache waking up in the morning due to tooth grinding dentist recommended to get dental guard that costs a lot more than this Neomen dental guard, I tried other products I bought from Walmart but didn’t work for me its either to thick and nt comfortable to wear. I tried this Neomen dental guard and so far its a lot better and comfortable and cheaper than dentist recommended dental guards I would buy again as spare in case I misplace it or needed it for travel.

Recently my dental hygienist observed that I’m a night time tooth grinder and needed to begin wearing mouth guard at night while sleeping. I love that this comes with multiple guards in one box. I messed up on my first mold and ruined it on accident (operator error – not product at all). Having two molds of each size really helped with the trial and error process. On my second attempt it worked flawlessly and has been very easy to use! I wear it nightly to help with grinding my teeth and I notice an immense relief in the morning when I wear it vs before having the guard. Love this! Highly Reccomend!

The guard works great. I used the small one for my lower jaw. The product itself deserves 5 stars, however the instructions are not correct. I began following them, boiled water in a tea kettle, let it sit for 20sec, poured water into mug, dropped guard in. The instructions say to wait for 20 sec, however after 10 sec i noticed the shape shrinking and turning into a ball, so a grabbed my tongs and took the guard out as fast as i could, let it cool enough then put on my teeth and bit down. Some areas of the guard were distorted, but it still works and doesn’t fall out. I wear it so I don’t grind my teeth when I sleep. I recommend the manufacturer revise the instructions becuase the guard does not need to be heated for that long.
