HOW TO USE:
- Prep nails with a base coat.
- Use a makeup brush to pick the powder and apply it to your nails. Brush off excess powder.
- Repeat the step until you’re satisfied with the effect.
- Seal it with topcoat.
- Wait until it is dry.
