Shipping came fast, the packaging is nice. I charged the battery pack for about an hour and then began using. It started heating up within 10 seconds! I like heat, but have to turn it down to the medium(white) setting. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. It shuts off after an hour, but I just turn it back on. The battery pack lasts approximately 3 hours of continual use. Also, a plus to the battery pack is you could use it to charge your phone or other device if ever needed! This is a wonderful item and would recommend it!
