It’s fun and easy to put together. I have a very large waist so I just bought 2. That way there was no question about fit and I got an extra weight so I’m happy. It comes with two track parts already put together. You just add or subtract the joints you need to for a snug fit. The weight is on rollers and easily glides around inside the track. I found it does work much better if the track is snug on the waist and not loose or sagging. I think it’ll be great exercise as long as you don’t hit anything with the weight.
